I have a bunch of peppers available so if you are near Surprise or in Phoenix near 35th Ave & Peoria let me know and I will get them ready for you.
I have Orange Habenero, Sweet Chocolate Bell, Purple Bell, Cayenne, Serrano and CalWonder, $.75 each. I also have about 20 plants that are a mystery (funny how the name tags mysteriously disappear
) that you can have for $.25. They are any of the above varieties.
I also have some very tiny tomato seedlings that are getting their first set of true leaves that got dumped (I might add, by my sweet 5 year old, on my white carpet (white carpet with 5 kids?…that’s a whole other story), on a day that my vacuum was broken) and are growing in a heap of dirt in/on the seed tray. They are either Early Girl, Sweet 100 or Yellow Pear and you can have them for FREE. I could pot those up if someone might want them. There’s probably half a dozen or so.
Email me if interested in any of the above at clm_sam@msn.com

Hi Staci,
Thank you for all your posts! I am 90% certain I will be moving from the Central Valley of CA to the Phoenix area sometime in the late spring or summer. I am a committed gardener and it has always been my dream to have a small farm here in a few years. My heart sank when a job I really wanted became available…in the desert! I never lived in the desert before and I thought you pretty much would stick to growing cactus. But after reading the posts from you and your dad, I have great hope that I will love Arizona and be able to plant lots of vegetables! I was especially heartened to hear you (or maybe Farmer Darrell) speak of swiss chard, which is one of my favorites.
It is just so good to know there are farmers in Arizona! I look forward to meeting you and becoming one of your customers for starter plants. Take good care, and thanks again for giving me hope!

Cynthia,
You will love gardening here in the Valley. Nothing here looks like Visalia, but it is AMAZING what grows here! Yes, we have some limitations, but almost anything will grow here if it has some water.
I’m glad that my dad and I could be of some inspiration to you wanting to move here…just don’t do your moving here in the summer unless you have to.
